1. Introduction and Acceptance

• Deposit: The transfer of funds from a User's bank account, e-wallet, or other payment method into their nv77 Account for the purpose of placing wagers.
• Withdrawal: The transfer of funds from a User's nv77 Account balance to their designated bank account, e-wallet, or other payment method.
• KYC (Know Your Customer): The identity verification process requiring Users to submit valid identification documents to confirm their identity, age, and address.
• Rupiah or IDR: Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency accepted by nv77 for all transactions on the Platform.

3. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Eligibility to use nv77 services is subject to strict requirements, and Users must meet all of the following criteria:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. nv77 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy for all Users. It is illegal for any individual under the age of 21 to create an account, place wagers, or participate in any gambling activities on the Platform.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or physically located within a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of nv77 services complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws.

4. Single Account: Each User is permitted to create and maintain only one Account. Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
5. Non-Exclusion: You affirm that you have not voluntarily excluded yourself from gambling activities through any self-exclusion program, either with nv77 or any other gambling operator or regulatory authority.

nv77 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency at any time through the KYC verification process. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is successfully completed. Any User found to have provided false information or to be underage will have their account immediately terminated, and all funds, winnings, and bonuses will be forfeited without recourse.

4. Account Registration and Security

You must not share your password with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account. You agree to immediately notify nv77 if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or any other security breach. nv77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account if such unauthorized use occurred due to your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

nv77 operates under international gaming standards and anti-money laundering regulations that require identity verification for all Users. Upon registration or at any time thereafter, we may request that you provide documentation to verify your identity, age, and address. Acceptable documents include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, driver's license, recent utility bills, or bank statements showing your current address. We may also require a selfie photograph holding your identification document for enhanced verification purposes. All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification, and nv77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.

5. Deposits and Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet transfers. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Standard accounts have a maximum single deposit limit of Rp 50,000,000, while verified and VIP accounts may request higher limits by contacting customer support.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically processed instantly upon successful payment confirmation. In rare cases where technical issues or banking delays occur, deposits may take up to 15 minutes to reflect in your Account balance. nv77 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees beyond our control.

5.4 Source of Funds

All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts not belonging to you) are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned to the source and potential account suspension. You warrant that all funds deposited to your nv77 Account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Processing

nv77 strives to process withdrawals as quickly as possible. During business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB), most withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes through our automated system. Withdrawals requested outside business hours are typically processed within 2 hours, with a maximum processing time of 24 hours for standard requests. First-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts may require additional verification and processing time.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits depend on your account status: standard accounts may withdraw up to Rp 50,000,000 per day, while VIP accounts enjoy higher limits. Weekly and monthly limits also apply and are detailed in your account dashboard.

6.3 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal, your Account must be fully verified through the KYC process, your registered payment method must match the name on your Account, and you must have fulfilled any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for deposits unless otherwise approved by our finance team for legitimate reasons.

6.4 Withdrawal Fees

nv77 does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may impose receiving fees beyond our control. We reserve the right to charge administrative fees for excessive withdrawal requests (more than 5 withdrawals per day) or withdrawals of minimal amounts shortly after deposit.

7.1 Bonus Terms

7.2 Bonus Abuse

nv77 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if we determine that a User has engaged in bonus abuse or fraudulent behavior. Prohibited activities include creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, coordinated betting patterns designed to guarantee profits, arbitrage betting, or any other activity deemed to be abusive or contrary to the spirit of the promotion. Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have their accounts suspended and all bonuses and winnings forfeited.

7.3 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the amount that must be wagered before bonus funds and associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount before withdrawal. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-50%, and some games may be excluded entirely. 8. Betting Rules and Conduct

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by nv77. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion, including bets placed at obviously incorrect odds due to technical errors, bets placed after an event has started (for pre-match markets), bets suspected of being part of fraudulent activity, or bets that exceed our maximum payout limits for a single event or accumulator.

8.2 Bet Settlement

Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sporting authority or governing body. In the event of abandoned, postponed, or cancelled events, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules. Live casino and slot game results are final once confirmed by the game provider. Any disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within 14 days of the bet being placed.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes. 11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount of deposits made to your Account during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which nv77 is licensed to operate. 13. Account Closure and Termination

Once an Account is closed, it cannot be reopened, and you must register a new Account if you wish to use nv77 services in the future.

13.2 Termination by nv77

nv77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, providing false information, bonus abuse, prohibited betting activities, violation of responsible gaming policies, or any other conduct deemed harmful to nv77 or other Users. Upon termination, all pending bets will be voided (unless already settled), all bonuses will be forfeited, and any remaining balance may be withheld if termination was due to User misconduct or breach of Terms.
